With us, you benefit from many included services such as towels, bed linen, WiFi and heating, as well as free bicycle rental (subject to availability). We can provide a cot free of charge if required. 2 tokens per apartment are included for the infrared cabin; any further use is subject to a charge.
Sauna, solarium, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (detergent included). A wallbox for electric vehicles (up to 22 kW) is available on request and for a fee.
A one-time final cleaning fee, as well as the local tourist tax and mobility tax, will be charged separately.
For short stays of up to three nights, a short-stay surcharge of €10 per apartment per day will be charged.
Each additional person in the apartment: €10 per day.
Payment conditions: A deposit of €150 is due upon fixed booking. The remaining payment is only possible in cash on site.
Pets: Small dogs up to €10/day, large dogs up to €20/day (depending on size). Taking dog(s) must be announced when making an inquiry or booking.

Cancellation conditions:
– from 3 months before arrival: cancellation fee equal to the deposit
– from 3 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price
– within 3 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total price
